What AeroMind does

AeroMind correlates behavioural markers with simulator events and highlights moments an instructor may want to explore in the debrief, supporting evidence- and competency-based training (EBT) and crew resource management (CRM). It does not grade pilots, automate the assessment of observable behaviours, replace instructor judgement, or produce pass/fail decisions.
